There is a small grove in the trees with a bench and fruit cart inside at the north east, and an entrance from the road at the south. Further east into the park are more trees, as well as another bench. In the middle of the park is an expanse of bark chips, which is home to a swing set, slide, monkey bars, and a small play structure. North of the park is HANGOUT SPOT, while east of it is FARAWAY PLAZA.
STORY[]
THREE DAYS LEFT[]
SUNNY and KEL find BASIL pleading for something from KIM, who tells him to ask someone else. KEL steps in to defend BASIL, and AUBREY arrives a few seconds later with THE MAVERICK, ANGEL, VANCE, and CHARLENE. AUBREY attempts to fight both SUNNY and KEL, but the former backs down upon noticing that SUNNY has a knife. Afterwards, AUBREY and THE HOOLIGANS leave the area, and KEL confiscates SUNNY's knife.
The duo later come back to find ANGEL and CHARLENE. ANGEL challenges them to a fight in exchange for AUBREY's location. Regardless of the outcome, KEL threatens blackmail, and ANGEL redirects them to THE MAVERICK.
TWO DAYS LEFT[]
When BASIL goes missing, KEL and SUNNY first go to FARAWAY PARK. They hear BASIL's voice coming from HANGOUT SPOT, and get there through a clearing in the trees. After dealing with THE HOOLIGANS and having a brief reunion with HERO, the group (excluding AUBREY) leave the area and take BASIL back to his house to recover from nearly drowning in the HANGOUT SPOT's lake.
ONE DAY LEFT[]
After reconciling with AUBREY, the friend group can visit FARAWAY PARK for extra dialogue and optional sidequests. If interacting with the swing set, this will lead to cutscene where AUBREY apologizes to SUNNY for being mean to him in the past two days, understanding what he's been through and hoping that he's alright. AUBREY adds on that she wished that she could've been there for him. She then reflects that although it'll take a while to move on from MARI's death, its okay to take things slow and steady. AUBREY will also comment on SUNNY's malnourished state and asks him to go outside more often after he moves.
If the group heads near one of the vending machines, AUBREY tells the group to stop as she wants to buy herself a drink. KEL then calls AUBREY out for not buying ORANGE JOE, to which she describes it as grossly sweet and that it was made for babies. KEL argues back with his knowledge of the drink but this doesn't faze AUBREY at all.
Irritated, KEL shoves AUBREY aside and uses her dollar to buy himself ORANGE JOE. However, it turns out that drink he bought has expired five years ago. Regardless, KEL still drinks the beverage, much to the disgust of AUBREY. AUBREY tells him that he now owes her a dollar, and KEL sheepishly replies that he'll pay her back soon.

TRIVIA[]
- FARAWAY PARK appears to be the main inspiration behind HEADSPACE'S PLAYGROUND.
- Staring from THREE DAYS LEFT, the player can encounter visions of certain characters. Interacting with them will cause them to disappear. These visions include:
- THREE DAYS LEFT: HAPPY, BROWS, and BANGS playing around the playground equipment. These visions will disappear once SUNNY and KEL purchase HERO’S GIFT.
- TWO DAYS LEFT: A younger HERO and KEL chasing each other on the basketball court at morning.
- TWO DAYS LEFT: A younger SUNNY and AUBREY sitting on the swing set together at evening.
- This vision can also be seen on the evening of ONE DAY LEFT due to the Condition Actor of erasing the event being set to the DW version of AUBREY, instead of the RW version, which is likely an oversight left by the developers.
