RAI is a seemingly young man. He has messy hair and wears an orange sweater and purple pants. He is always cheerful.

RAI can first be encountered standing beside the jukebox in GINO'S. When spoken to, he says that he is a music connoisseur and can name the artist of the various CDs placed in the jukebox. When placing and playing a CD in the jukebox, RAI is able to accurately name the different artists and composers. If you buy a PET ROCK, you can battle against him.
