RED KNIFE is a WEAPON in OMORI, serving as one of the few weapons OMORI can use in-battle.
OBTAINING[]
The RED KNIFE can be retrieved from one of ABBI's tentacles in the torture room of SWEETHEART'S CASTLE, which can be done after sparing her in THE ABYSS. The tentacle is located in a secret room in the dungeon underneath the castle. It is only obtainable on the last day of the OMORI ROUTE.
Once you obtain this weapon, it immediately replaces OMORI's RUSTY KNIFE. Note that if ABBI has been killed post-battle or if OMORI accepts ownership of the castle from the KEEPER OF THE CASTLE, this will render the RED KNIFE unobtainable.

- The stats of the RED KNIFE are reused for BASIL's GARDEN SHEARS WEAPON.
- The RED KNIFE's icon is shared with the SHINY KNIFE.
- This item's description saying "You can see something in the blade." is likely meant to represent that SOMETHING, along with the truth, is being suppressed and hidden within OMORI's control.
- The RED KNIFE giving OMORI 13 ATTACK, 6 DEFENSE, 6 SPEED, and 6 LUCK is likely meant to parallel how 13 and 666 are often considered negative numbers, and how OMORI has fully taken control at this point with his negative coping method.
- There exists a backup event within the RED ROOM, in which OMORI's current weapon will change to the KNIFE. This is likely an error or oversight left by the developers, so it is suggested to not enter RED ROOM after obtaining the RED KNIFE.
