BRENT, also known as SMART-LOOKING BOY, is a character and NPC in OMORI. He can be tutored during the FARAWAY TOWN segments of the game.

He has shiny black hair and brown skin. He wears a white-collared shirt with a green vest over it with blue-colored jeans and white shoes.
STORY[]
THREE DAYS LEFT[]
With the GREEN FLYER taken from OTHERMART, SUNNY can access BRENT'S HOUSE to tutor BRENT on math. BRENT is waiting inside his room. There are a total of three multiple-choice math questions BRENT must solve with SUNNY's help:
- 4 x 51 = 204
- 5 x 3 + 15 - 1 + 6/2 = 32
- -3x + 4 = 7x + 24. What does 'x' equal? -2
BRENT will question about SUNNY's answer when he makes a mistake. After the tutoring, BRENT thanks SUNNY for his tutoring.
TWO DAYS LEFT[]
If SUNNY has tutored BRENT during the last day, he will be able to visit his house again and BRENT still stays in his room. When talked to in the morning, BRENT tells SUNNY he has been cramp in his room all the summer to finish the worksheets. With the rare occasion that his mother would running errands all the day, BRENT asks if SUNNY can help him finish his worksheet for today, allowing him to hang out at the FARAWAY PARK.
If SUNNY agrees to take the quest, BRENT will express his compliment on SUNNY and leave the house, claiming he is free. There are a total of three multiple-choice math questions too:
- 7 + 2 x 9 = 25
- 5x^2 = 80. What does ‘x' equal? 4,-4
- Compute the standard deviation of the following numbers... 43, 47, 53, 39, 40, 60. Then, give the z-score for a value of 100, rounded to the nearest third decimal. 7.103
After finishing the problems, SUNNY can find BRENT running around the slide in FARAWAY PARK, similar to his HEADSPACE counterpart BROWS. In the evening he returns to his room and tells SUNNY he should get back to studying.
If SUNNY refuses BRENT's request, he will feel sorry for the requisition and ask them not to tell to his mother, keeping staying in his room. He becomes disappointed for not being able to go outside, which also happens if SUNNY visits him only till the evening.
ONE DAY LEFT[]
BRENT stays in his room in the morning, he thanks SUNNY for helping him with the worksheet, and also letting him sneaking out if SUNNY helped him on TWO DAYS LEFT too. In the afternoon he can be found sitting with his parents in the dining room, talking about the early return of PHARMACIST.

- BRENT seems to be based off of BROWS, his friends being JOY (HAPPY) and JESSE (BANGS). The appearance of their HEADSPACE counterparts seem to be from SUNNY's stuffed animals shown in BASIL's PHOTO ALBUM.
- Completing BRENT's math worksheets on THREE DAYS LEFT is a requirement for the Universally Loved achievement.
- If the player refuses to complete BRENT's math worksheet on TWO DAYS LEFT, the option would become unavailable until the player resets.
- By scoring full points on his worksheet on THREE DAYS LEFT, the player is rewarded the Math Whiz achievement.
- Prior to V1.0.4, there was no correct answer for the z-score math problem, until the incorrect answer 7.461 was replaced in the update.
