This about the first mandatory quest in-game. You may be looking for the weapon of the same name.
STUFFED TOY is a quest in OMORI given by AUBREY. It is the first mandatory quest required to progress the story.
STORY
The STUFFED TOY can found in the blue-colored watermelon.
During the PROLOGUE, OMORI visits NEIGHBOR'S ROOM to meet up with AUBREY, KEL, and HERO.
After being greeted by them, OMORI can interact with AUBREY, who askes him to help her find her missing STUFFED TOY that KEL hid inside of a watermelon.
The watermelon is located left of the room and the player must interact with it to retrieve the item. Go back to AUBREY and interacting with her once more will complete the quest. Completion of the quest is necessary to progress.

TRIVIA
- This quest is the only one to not have advice from MARI while it is in progress. This is due to MARI being inaccessible as she first appears in FOREST PLAYGROUND, which can only be accessed after completing the quest.
